30 min MIN CUES Practice

This practice is the 30 min condensed version of the MIN CUES class with minimal cues meaning I will only cue the pose name to help you tap into YOUR practice. It's an opportunity for you to use everything you've learned before, explore variations and intuitive movement and it can serve as a moving meditation.


We’ll begin with holding poses for a couple of breaths to play with variations, feel, and move slowly. Then we’ll repeat the sequence at a faster pace, ideally 1 breath, 1 movement to improve your overall mobility and breath control. A core sequence in the middle will teach you to engage your core properly then use that engagement to work through a couple of pilates inspired exercises. Once your core is burning you'll use that mind-core connection as you practice 1 more sequence of long holds including standing balances before winding down with a quick cool down at the end.
